Watermelon Nail Art Designs For Toes - National Watermelon Day - Pedicure

August 3rd is officially National Watermelon Day!  To celebrate this delicious summer fruit I have created a easy to follow Watermelon Toe design - Below you will find Step-by-step instructions, completed photos of the design, and a full video tutorial that can be found on YouTube.   Enjoy XO Gianna

Create this Gorgeous Design:

1. Paint 2 coats of polish on your all your toes expect for your accent toe.
(Light Green Polish - Sinful colors "Innocent" )
(Watermelon color - Essie "Bachelorette Bash"

2. Apply a fast drying top coat to speed up dry time.
( My recommendation - Seche Vite - Not only does it dry your nails SUPER fast bust it also drys the layers of polish underneath. AKA NO WRINKLING polish)

ACCENT TOE -

3. While your waiting for you big toe to dry... create the green watermelon skin on your accent toe.
( Dark Green Polish - Essie "Mojito Madness)

BIG TOE -

4. Apply a fast drying top coat to speed up dry time on your big toe.
(My recommendation - Seche Vite)

5. On your hallux AKA Big toe create a white smile line that takes up a 3rd of your nail.
(White Polish - Sinful colors "Snow me White" )
( Apply a round sticker - PS make sure you push down the edges, Apply a think amount of white polish, and quickly remove the sticker with a pair of tweezers)

Take a tooth pick and create uneven wiggly lines.

4. On your hallux AKA Big toe create a light green smile line that allows a small amount of your white smile line to peek out.
(Light Green Polish - Sinful colors "Innocent" )
( Apply a round sticker - PS make sure you push down the edges, Apply a think amount of light green polish, and quickly remove the sticker with a pair of tweezers)

5.After you have allowed a few minutes for your polish to dry - Create the skin on tip.

6. Create 3 Watermelon seeds -
Place some black polish on a bag and a medium dotting tool create 3 dots in the shape of a C
Take a toothpick and create a v at the bottom of each dot.
(Black Polish - Essie "Licorice" )

7. Final top coat
